Role Overview: We’re looking for a detail-driven and technically skilled PIM/DAM Channel Specialist to support the smooth distribution of product information and digital assets across all online channels. In this role, you'll manage product data workflows within systems like Akeneo PIM and Tessa DAM, helping ensure that our customers and partners always have access to accurate, consistent, and up-to-date content. You’ll work closely with teams in Technical Marketing, R&D, IT, eCommerce, and ERP to drive digital content excellence and support broader digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product content and digital assets using PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product data is complete, accurate, and aligned with channel-specific requirements
- Maintain and optimise digital channels (websites, e-catalogues, online marketplaces) connected to the PIM/DAM systems
- Support product data syndication to all relevant eCommerce touchpoints, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
- Assist with the integration of PIM/DAM systems into other enterprise platforms such as ERP and eCommerce tools
- Monitor data quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and content governance
- Help onboard new tools, platforms, and best practices that enhance the digital content lifecycle
- Train stakeholders and support internal adoption of PIM/DAM processes
Critical Competencies for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience with PIM/DAM platforms, preferably Akeneo
- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems and how product content drives customer engagement
- Familiarity with product taxonomies, attributes, and content structures
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and product data syndication tools
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Bonus if you’ve supported multi-channel product content or marketplace integrations
