Role Overview
In the Interim HR Manager role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with multiple business leaders from different countries, including our Heatmiser site,  and our Sales offices based in the UK, Spain, Italy, UAE, and Singapore. 
You will play a key role in shaping our organisation’s growth and success by driving the implementation of strategic Group HR initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance & talent development, employee engagement, HRIS and HR operational excellence whilst business partnering closely with our business leaders on the full employees’ life-cycle. 
You will supervise the HR Advisor (UK based) and work closely with a large HR community across the regions and the Group.

 
Key Responsibilities
•    Drive global HR strategies, programs, and processes that support the business objectives and the company's culture across multiple countries. 

•    Organisational development: implement reporting and management structures and tailored training and coaching to our managers, fostering a culture of consistent high performance and continuous learning.

•    Employee engagement: implement programs and initiatives to build on employee engagement, job satisfaction and wellbeing. Drive a culture based on trust, transparency and continuous improvement.

•    Change management: drive change management efforts, ensuring that organisational changes are effectively communicated and implemented with pace and cultural sensitivity.

•    Talent management: implement a talent strategy supporting Heatmiser’s growth plans, recruit the best talent, build up succession planning, skills matrices and training plans to ensure we have a pipeline of skilled and motivated employees.

•    Learning and development: identify training needs, support training programs and promote a culture of continuous learning and development with the support of a mixed offering of internal and external training.

•    Performance management: implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, managing poor performance, feedback mechanisms and training.

•    Employee relations: handle employee relations issues such as conflict resolutions, investigations in line with all applicable laws and regulations.

•    Diversity & inclusion: be an ambassador for an inclusive and diverse workplace and promote an ethical and values-driven culture by cultivating a positive work environment where all employees feel respected and valued.

Critical Competencies for Success
•    Degree qualified in a relevant field such as HR, psychology, business administration or similar; HR qualifications or certifications a plus (e.g. CIPD in the UK)
•    Strong UK employment law knowledge 
•    Proven track record of experience and success in an HR Manager role in a multinational environment 
•    Experience in providing business partnering support across different countries, functions and levels with a good understanding of the legal, cultural and business dynamics for each location
•    Strong understanding of organisational psychology, change management and talent development
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence key decision makers; proficiency in another language is a plus
•    Ability to lead and manage employees, both direct and indirect reporting lines 
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on datasets within HRIS, Excel or similar
•    Project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
•    Highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
•    Willingness to travel to our Heatmiser UK site in Blackburn at minimum 2 days per week; occasional travel to our European Sales offices as/when required.
