Your Impact

As our Team Leader – Customer Care Center, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, guiding a dedicated team of 3 professionals. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while championing service excellence, commercial growth, and team development. Your leadership will directly influence customer satisfaction, internal collaboration, and our bottom line.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy. From optimizing workflows to inspiring your team, you’ll be empowered to make a real difference.

 

What You’ll Own

Customer Operations: Oversee order processing, complaint resolution, calibration workflows, and Pneumatex maintenance contracts.
Commercial Growth: Drive cross-selling across Heimeier, TA, and Pneumatex; support quotation reviews and demand planning.
Strategic Insight: Spot market trends, shape actionable strategies, and report directly to the Management Team.
Process Excellence: Streamline planning, team collaboration, and CRM (Salesforce) data management.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team through daily guidance, performance reviews, and growth plans.


What You Bring

Industry Experience: Background in HVAC or a similar technical field, with proven leadership in customer service.
Education: Technical-commercial profile with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
