We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Finance Business Partner to help shape strategic decisions, support commercial growth, and elevate financial performance for our Sales organisation in France & BeNeLux.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering

Build compelling business cases to support growth initiatives across products, customers, and investments.
Develop and maintain orderbook and project pipeline reporting tailored to country and sector needs.
Equip sales teams with tools and insights to champion new products and drive innovation.
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to challenge and support strategic decisions.
Analyze Wholesaler contracts to ensure clarity on rebates, discounts, and profitability.
Lead the annual Wholesaler negotiation template for key customers, fostering sustainable mutual growth.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support across teams and stakeholders.
 

Financial Analysis & Performance

Own the forecast and budget process for assigned Legal Reporting Division (LRD), integrating inputs from CRM (SalesForce), OEM demand planning, and market intelligence.
Prepare detailed price and volume forecasts to inform sales, SPI, product performance, and gross margin projections.
Contribute to month-end closing activities, including journal entries for rebates and revenue recognition.
Conduct SPI analysis covering customer mix, product trends, rebate and discount impacts, and highlight areas for improvement.
Explain gross margin performance and variances, offering insights to sustain and enhance profitability.
Support monthly reporting and operational performance reviews (OPR) for regional leadership.
Deliver timely analysis for weekly performance updates.
 

Financial Control & Compliance

Lead internal control and governance efforts, supporting audits and validating findings.
Coordinate with outsourced partners and Shared Service Centers (SSC) to ensure timely statutory reporting.
 

Your qualifications:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
10+ years of experience in financial management, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
Strong command of French and English (written and spoken); Dutch and/or other European languages are a merit.
