As a strong brand in the HVAC market, we aim to further solidify our leading position. For this purpose, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Switzerland sales business. 

 

Work Environment: The role is based primarily at our main office in Eysins, Nyon, with the sales office in Fullinsdorf, Basel. Employees are expected to work from the office three days a week, including visits to the Basel office twice a month.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local marketing plans customised for all of Switzerland, to support growth by using all tactics and channels online & offline (responsible for versioning content, website, newsletter, social media, paid advertising, PR, print, trade marketing, e-shop) according to the budget & timeline agreed with the Head of Sales
  • Digital marketing
    • Responsible for the Swiss website (FR, DE, and IT), keeping it up-to-date with content 
    • Leading all ad placements – keyword search for SEO/SEA and performance analysis) 
    • Implement locally the marketing automation journeys in the Pardot platform 
    • Manage CH social media channels, creation of content, and  community management
  • Prepare regular performance reports, including measuring KPIs for reporting and be responsible for budget management 
  • Lead the organisation of customer events (including training and webinars) and/or local exhibitions organisation
  • Channel marketing
    • Wholesaler communication and trademedia
    • e-commerce marketing development with our partners (wholesalers' eShop)
  • Be proactive & supportive to the local sales team, by increasing brand awareness, driving leads and educating customers

 

Critical Competencies for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's in Digital Marketing / Communications or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related marketing campaigns & communication experience, ideally in field marketing in an international company, is required
  • Strong consultative marketing approach to effectively engage with sales and channel partner community (wholesalers)
  • Customer-oriented with trade marketing and e-commerce experience is required
  • Highly organised at managing multiple projects, working independently with limited supervision and a team player
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Good command of English (min. B2) and fluency in German are required (must have). French and Italian knowledge is a good plus
  • Ability to travel to our sales sites in Switzerland as required (customer visits, events)
  • Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is highly preferable
