As part of a skilled and collaborative global team, the Senior Salesforce Developer will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that directly support the organisation’s business strategy. Working with experienced colleagues, primarily based in Poland, this role offers the opportunity to apply strong technical and solution‑design expertise to build efficient, well‑architected capabilities aligned to Salesforce best practices.
The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across geographies and seniority levels, combining Agile delivery with a structured, enterprise‑grade approach. This is an opportunity for a senior developer to contribute to meaningful transformation, influence how technology and business processes work together, and help shape a sustainable global Salesforce platform.

- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and optimisation to improve execution speed, data quality, and operational reliability.
Technical Delivery & Release Management
- Deliver high‑quality technical implementations using Agile delivery practices, ensuring predictable, safe, and controlled outcomes.

Governance & Stakeholder Alignment
- Actively participate in Centre of Excellence and Design Authority forums to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, shared standards, and cross‑application processes.
- Support prioritisation and stakeholder management across geographies, helping drive decisions that optimise global outcomes rather than localised solutions.
Mentoring & Continuous Improvement
- Coach and mentor developers, administrators, and analysts, promoting best practices, consistent patterns, and strong engineering discipline.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and capabilities, advocating adoption where it delivers measurable business value.
