Role Overview
IMI’s Climate Control sector is seeking a proactive and hands-on Online Activation Specialist to support both our Central and Local Marketing teams in delivering high-performing digital campaigns. In this role, you will focus on executing and optimising website updates, landing pages, email marketing funnels, lead management and lead nurturing programmes, analytics and reporting. You will play a key role in activating campaigns across our digital ecosystem and providing implementation support and best practice guidance to local markets. Your contribution will be instrumental in scaling and localising global campaigns while maintaining digital marketing excellence across regions. This position reports to the Global Marketing Activation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management and Support
• Coordinate and execute local website edits and updates.
• Create localised landing pages for campaigns and events.
• Build and connect contact forms to relevant landing pages and workflows.
• Act as a central point of contact for local marketing requests regarding website content creation, updates, and bug fixes.
• Educate, inspire, and lead change in website content creation across markets through training sessions, knowledge sharing, and ongoing support.
Marketing Automation Support
• Own Pardot operations, including implementation, configuration, and synchronisation with Salesforce.
• Establish ownership and define processes for email marketing, lead management, lead nurturing and drive adoption among local marketers.
• Define and promote best practices for the use of the Pardot and Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment and consistency across markets.
• Implement marketing automation workflows to enhance customer experience.
• Manage email lists, campaign segmentation and lead scoring models.
• Provide ongoing Pardot support and share best practices with local markets.
• Activate email funnels linked to hero campaigns.
• Implement lead nurturing plans based the type of leads (e.g. from webinars, exhibitions or website/paid media).
• Support local markets with pre- and post-event/exhibition setup in Pardot, including lead capture and import.
• Educate, inspire, and lead change for marketing automation across markets through training sessions, knowledge sharing, and ongoing support.
• Act as the owner of marketing automation development, including responsibility for the international Pardot master campaigns.
Campaign Activation
Collaborate with local markets to ensure the effective activation of marketing campaigns, including:
• Creation of localised landing pages
• Creation and connection of contact forms on the website
• Activation of email funnels
• Lead import, management, and nurturing
• Development of campaign dashboards in Salesforce
• Preparation of monthly campaign reporting for OPR, as well as ad-hoc reporting as required
Analytics & Reporting
• Deliver monthly reports for OPR.
• Support local markets with KPI reporting for the quarterly review calls.
• Train and empower local marketers to manage their reporting more independently
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards relating to website and marketing automation.
• Track and analyse KPIs related to campaign activation, lead conversion, and engagement.
• Consolidate campaign results using Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce reporting.
• Collaborate with local teams to identify and share high-performing tactics and insights for optimisation.
Training & Education
• Train and support local marketers on Pardot usage and website content updates.
• Develop training catalogues, SOPs, and best practice toolkits.
• Provide regular training sessions to enhance digital marketing capabilities across local teams.
• Foster a culture of best practice and knowledge sharing across the Marketing & Communications team.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Pardot Certified Specialist or Consultant.
• Demonstrated experience in Pardot operations and digital campaign execution.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing tactics.
• Comfortable working hands-on with marketing tools and dashboards.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal - C1 level).
• Hungarian mother language.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience in B2B and/or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience using Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with international/multi-language marketing environments.
• Interest in mechanical engineering or HVAC industries.
• Global mindset with the flexibility to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
