Role Overview - Core Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and deliver new and existing business opportunities within the IMI CC HVAC.
  • Promoting IMI CC brand by working with the customers in North East of Italy.
  • Producing and implementing a robust and sustainable business strategy to demonstrate year on year growth.
  • Identifying key influencers within the customers and region at all level to develop business strategies and make IMI CC a tier one or a preferred supplier.
  • Directly dealing with major accounts in the region.
  • Setting, negotiating and implementing all agreed terms and conditions (T&C’s) with the distribution network.
  • Identifying new business opportunities within the region and convert into orders.
  • Achieving and exceed sales targets and margins.
  • Working, liaising and communicating with all other departments within IMI CC to develop and drive the business growth.
  • Providing the main source of expertise to the company on business development issues in relation to the region and its key customers.
  • Updating the company CRM system with all information on the sales region which includes customers, orders and projects.
  • Maintaining all required records of sales and other relevant information.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Supporting the HoS to report performance, business growth, aims, goals and objectives and other reports back to the shareholder.
  • Following the Company’s and Group’s internal and external procedures and particularly its compliance policy.
  • Carrying out any such other duties that may reasonably be requested.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Solid Sales experience as Sales Engineer in similar environment
  • Proven track record in growing sales within the HVAC business
  • Ability to build an understanding of the customer’s business, industry and commercial environment 
  • Competent level of knowledge of engineering & technology principles and practices
  • Ability to manage structured sales networks, preferably agencies
  • Basic knowledge in electrical and electronic for the commissioning activities
  • Ability to manage sales activity and help with input of correct sales forecasting
  • High level of computer literacy e.g. MS Office, CAD
  • Italian - native
  • Written & spoken English (B1 level)
