Hybride role between work from home and our offices in Ruda Śląska and Olkusz offices.

Salary for this role: 12.000 PLN Gross -15.000 PLN Gross

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Working closely with local leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while collaborating with the wider international HR community and Group functions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Partner with managers and employees to support business goals through effective people solutions.

·       Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

·       Support workforce planning, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives.

·       Lead employee engagement, retention, and development activities.

·       Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

·       Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services.

·       Analyze people data and provide insights that support business decisions.

·       Support change management and foster a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

·       Champion company culture, values, and leadership principles.

 

Critical Competencies for Success

·       Experience as an HR Business Partner or within an HR function.

·       Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle.

·       Solid business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into people solutions.

·       Ability to build strong relationships and provide practical guidance to managers.

·       Strong analytical skills and confidence working with HR data.

·       Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

·       Communicative English language skills.

·       Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

·       Openness to change and continuous development.

·       Curiosity about the use of digital tools.

Nice to Have

·       Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP.

Educational Background

·       Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
