The Role
We are now looking for a Hydronic College Training Manager to strengthen knowledge in Nordic region. You could be based in Europe
Work Environment: Working remotely, this role could be based in Denmark or others countries in Scandinavia, where IMI Climate Control has a legal entity. Frequent travel to the location where you are not based is required, with travel expenses covered.

Role Responsibilities:
Join the team of Hydronic College main trainers to maintain and extend the hydronic and pedagogic expertise of the Hydronic College associates and, through them, of the global sales organisation.
Develop and deliver internal and external webinars/seminars in coordination with sales to support Climate Control business objectives, and the new product introduction process.
Maintain and further develop content on IMI Learn and YouTube for training and instruction purposes.
Build technical tools, spreadsheets, graphs and simulators supporting training activities.
What We Are Looking For
- A structured, organized person with high pedagogic sensibility with strong desire and aptitude to share knowledge and raise the expertise of colleagues.
- Someone with an engineering background, an outstanding hydronic system knowledge and at least 3–5 year practical experience in HVAC.
- The ability to exchange with customers, engineering and sales colleagues, gather & quality-check technical data, and translate complex technical topics into commercially oriented and hands-on teaching content.
- Extended skills in MS PowerPoint, webcasting, eLearning and HVAC calculation software are required.
- Background in control systems and BMS is a plus.
- The candidate has advanced English proficiency suited for technical teaching. Active knowledge of any Scandinavian language is a plus.
- Open for travelling internationally for short missions.
- Team player with ability to work autonomously on defined tasks. Dynamic and flexible with a high sense of responsibility.
